A.J. Yuen Personal Property and Antique Appraisals

Austin Yuen prepares formal appraisal reports for personal property, antiques and fine art, with a specialization in Asian art.

 

Based in Toronto, Austin performs appraisal services within the GTA and throughout Ontario. He has worked at Canada’s largest and oldest fine art auction house for over a decade, working as a full-time specialist since 2017.

 

Austin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Chapter of the International Society of Appraisers as Treasurer, from 2024-2026.

 

Austin holds a Masters in Art History from the University of Toronto, and has completed the ISA Core Course in Appraisal Studies and the Specialty Course in Antiques, Furniture and Decorative Art. His credentials are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) for 2023-2025. Austin is fluent in English and Cantonese, and is conversational in Mandarin.
